Pollokshaws Burgh Hall hosts special concert
A special concert featuring two young award winning musicians takes place next weekend at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall Trust.
Aaron Hawthorne, fresh from winning the American Theatre Organ Society’s Young Organist Competition held in Rochester, New York, and Will Shaw, this year’s senior winner of the UK Young Organist Competition will be performing on Sunday afternoon.
Between these two emerging artists, you can be sure of an afternoon of music spanning all genres on Scotland’s only functioning Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ.
The concert takes place on Sunday, August 11 at 2:45pm (doors open 2:15pm) at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall Trust.
Admission £8, or £6 for members of SCOT.
