Member David Pearson explains: “The Cripple of Inishmaan is a dark comedy set on the small community of Inishmaan off the Western Coast of Ireland in 1934, where the inhabitants are excited to learn of a Hollywood film crew’s arrival in neighbouring Inishmore to make a documentary about life on the islands.

“Cripple” Billy Claven, eager to escape the gossip, poverty and boredom of Inishmaan, decides to try for a part in the film………”

The play premiered in 1996 with the 2013 West end run starred Daniel Radcliffe and was a sellout. The production transferred to Broadway the following year.

Now GTP bring it to Glasgow’s West End.

David said: “Webster’s is a comfortable 182-seater theatre just across from Kelvinbridge Underground. It has a delightful bar/bistro area.

If readers sign up for all three plays they will get a ticket for all three shows for £35 (or two shows for £25)
