SUSAN Egelstaff heads into the last 10 weeks of Olympic qualifying by tackling the Austrian International in Vienna.
The second seed, who leads England’s Elizabeth Cann in the race for the GB berth in women’s singles, has drawn a qualifier in the first round on Thursday afternoon.
Third qualifying seed Alesia Zaitsava of Belarus is the likely opponent.
The Clarkston star’s second-round opponent is likely to be American Iris Wang or India’s Adit Mutatkar.
Cann, who is third seed, faces India’s P. C. Thulasi in the first round.
Egelstaff is likely to have to overcome Scottish International champion and fourth seed Judith Meulendijks if the draw unravels according to form.
