Resurfacing work is due to begin in Thornliebank at the beginning of August, resulting in a number of road closures and restrictions.
Road carriageway and footpath resurfacing will be carried out at Spiersbridge Road beginning on Monday, August 5.
From August 5 to August 11, temporary traffic signals and a contra-flow system will be in operation on Spiersbridge Road between Spiersbridge Avenue and Woodlands Road.
Then from Monday, August 12, to Friday, August 16, Woodlands Road will be closed at its junction with Spiersbridge Road.
Old Rouken Glen Road will be closed over its full length for resurfacing from Monday, August 19, to Sunday, August 25, with the closure in place each day from 9am to 4pm.
And from Monday, August 26, until around Friday, September 6, Glenwood Drive will be closed over its full length for resurfacing. Again, the closure will be in place from 9am to 4pm each day.
