Clarkston road to close to allow for lighting upgrade work

A road in Clarkston will be closed for up to seven hours a day for more than a month to allow for lighting upgrade work to be carried out.

Viaduct Road is scheduled to be closed from Tuesday, October 8, until Friday, November 15, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

Vehicle access for properties within the closure area will be permitted by the contractor on site when it is safe to do so.

Pedestrian access will be maintained.

The alternative route is Linwood Avenue – Overlee Road – Busby Road, and vice versa.
