The young lads of the local Stamperland Cubs have just taken part in a sleepover event at Sea Life Loch Lomond as part of the Cubs 100 celebrations , as well as on the occasion of the group’s very own 75th anniversary.
Philip Moseley, Cub Scout Leader for the 79th Glasgow (Stamperland) Cub Pack told The Extra: “The Cubs had a brilliant time and after a VIP tour had a supper, followed by popcorn while watching the movie Shark Tale before bedding down for the night in and around the main aquarium. Not a huge amount of sleep was had as the boys were fascinated watching the fish, sharks, rays and Cammy the turtle swim around and above them. It was a brilliant way to celebrate Cubs 100. The Cubs all thought it was an amazing experience and will remember it for a long time.”
