Roundhouse partner Oliver Jackson, said: “We are thrilled to have received one of just six awards presented at this fiercely-fought competition in what was judged to have been a particularly hard-fought competition attracting a huge volume of entrants of a particularly high quality.

“The judges acknowledged our use of colours in our separate patient rooms and waiting space and how the design of our hospital helps us interact with our clients, with special mention of our play Junior Vet Surgery aiding informal and fun education for visiting kids.

“Receiving this award seems particularly apt as it reflects our practice ethos perfectly: our hospital was built with our clients, their pets and their families foremost in our minds.

“We are also delighted to have maintained the Scottish presence, being the only awarded practice north of the border and following in the footsteps of our colleagues at Martin Vets in Kirkintilloch, who were awarded in 2015.”

The Roundhouse Veterinary Hospital, was opened in January 2016 by TV presenter Carol Smillie and Stewart McDonald, MP for Glasgow South.
