Residents invited to become East Renfrewshire Council website testers

East Renfrewshire Council are looking for residents to give feedback on its website and make a difference to digital services.

Members of the public are being asked to share their views on how to improve the Council’s website to ensure it continues to meet the needs of all residents and visitors to the local area.

Anyone who signs up to become a tester will help shape how the Council engages digitally with local citizens and communities in the future.

Caroline Innes, Deputy Chief Executive and Chair of the Council’s Digital Board, said: “As we aim to develop and improve our website we intend to put the user at the heart of this process so our online services meet our residents’ needs.

“We want to provide a seamless customer journey and user research is an important part of this.

“We are keen to get as many people involved as possible, so please sign up now to help us improve our online services.”
