Sheila Moore, former head tacher and founder of Music Makers and Shakers, said: “I’m delighted Eastwood Court is working in partnership with us. It’s great to see the residents getting involved with classes, so that both our toddlers and the residents get the benefit of music therapy.
“The classes are held each Tuesday morning, children love the time spent with the older generation and it’s fantastic for all – the residents get to share in the learning and growth of the children every week.”
Catherine McAllistair, activities co-ordinator at Eastwood Court Care Home, said: “I’d like to say a huge thanks to Music Makers and Shakers for holding these brilliant classes.
