Fire crews tackle blaze in Newton Mearns
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to a fire at Castlehill Drive in Newton Mearns last night (Thursday)
Four appliances and an aerial appliance attented the scene where crews extinguished the fire.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 9.31pm on Thursday, November 21 to reports of a fire within a house at Castlehill Drive, Newton Mearns.
“No injuries were reported. Firefighters left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
