Punters are loving the changes to community pub The Cartvale, in Busby.
The popular boozer has just been given a £75,000 revamp, thanks to pub operator Punch and publican Steven Clarke.
The much-needed boost is the result of joint investment between the two.
Steven Clarke tells us: “As we are such a busy venue, the time has come to refresh and repair our facilities and we are delighted with the results.
“The refurbishment has included full decoration throughout, the seating has been reupholstered, new carpets have been laid and wooden floors sanded and repolished.
“Externally, the pub has been redecorated too and new signage installed.
“We’ve made enhancements to the beer garden with the addition of extra seating and we’ve repositioned the smoking area.
“By working in partnership with Punch, I’ve been able to give The Cartvale the attention it deserves.
“I’ve received some great support and training and have a pub to be proud of.
“I look forward to developing the pub further and welcoming customers old and new.”
