Calendars promoting a healthy, active life for 2015 are available to East Ren’s over 50s.
The 12-month calendar, designed by residents in collaboration with the Community Health Care Partnership, will remind people of the services available.
It’s free to pick up from libraries, leisure centres and council HQs in Barrhead and Giffnock from December 10.
Councillor Alan Lafferty, convener for health and social care, said: “The older people at the Kirkton Service, on the Still Game project and the Barrhead Men’s Shed identified that they would like more information on other services they can tap into.
“The team put together this calendar to help older locals become more connected to their community, stay fit and make the most of the opportunities available — make sure you pick up a copy.”
