FREE mental health and wellbeing session Get Real! at Barrhead health centre — part of SMHAFF. Drama sketches, songs and laughs 10.30am-12.30pm.

MEARNS and Whitecraigs Flower Club meet at Broom parish church. 2-4pm — visitors fee £4.

GIFFNOCK Ladies Speakers Club host an open night in Rhuallan House. 7.30pm start — all welcome for a fun night.

SOCIAL club for Southsiders in Business returns to The Bungo. Free networking event from 7pm.
