Man arrested in connection with series of robberies in Glasgow

A man has been arrested in connection with a number of robberies last month in the Glasgow area .

The robberies happened at Greggs, Dumbarton Road, on Saturday, 28 November; One-o-One store on Aikenhead Road, on Sunday, 15 November; a shop on St Vincent Street on Saturday, 7 November; and the Royal Bank of Scotland, Kilmarnock Road on Friday, 6 November.

A 42 year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with these incidents, and also in connection with an assault with intent to rob on Millbrae Road, Glasgow on Sunday, 15 November, and a robbery at a shop on Alexandra Parade on Tuesday, 24 November, 2020.

He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow (Wednesday, 16 December)
