POLICE are appealing for information on a Pollokshields woman who has been missing since April 2.
Diane Lann (47) was last seen by her daughter on Battlefield Road, Cathcart, at 9pm on the Monday night.
She is described as having a pale complexion and a slim build, and is around 5ft4 in height. She has short, brown hair and green eyes, and has a heart-shaped tattoo and scar on her left arm.
She was last seen wearing a grey or blue long-length jacket and blue, baggy jeans. Her shoes were white and she was also wearing a black baseball cap.
Despite police enquiries, attempts to trace Diane have been unsuccessful so far, and her family are becoming increasingly concerned.
Inspector Alan Bowater said: “Diane normally stays in touch with her family but she has had no contact with them since she was last seen.
“She is generally in good health although she is currently being treated for depression at the moment and takes regular medication. It’s unclear whether she has her medication with her.
“As time goes on concern is growing for her safety and wellbeing.
“I would ask anyone who has any information about Diane or her whereabouts to get in touch with us on 532 4901 and assure her family that she is ok”.
