East Renfrewshire Council has asked those without access to a computer to submit their thoughts on the budget proposals in writing.
The council released its controversial proposals — putting forward cuts of £17.6 million to meet a £20m deficit — last week, and the plan is up for consultation until December 5.
An ERC spokeswoman said: “An online survey is available to any individual or group who wants to give us their feedback on the proposals and everyone is being encouraged to give their views.
“But those who do not wish to complete the online survey can write to us with their suggestions and opinions.”
The proposals are available at www.eastrenfrewshire.co.uk/budget, or by contacting community engagement on 577 3405, and residents can have their say by visiting getinvolved.eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk.
Paper copies of the survey can also be obtained by writing to Budget 2015/18, c/o community planning team, East Renfrewshire Council, Eastwood Park, Giffnock G46 6UG.
Commenting at last week’s announcement, ERC leader Jim Fletcher said: “It is with a very heavy heart that my colleagues and I must bring this savings package forward for review.
“Despite our best efforts, a reduction in staff numbers and the services we provide is likely to be unavoidable.”
A final decision on the budget cuts is expected in February.
