Giffnock Village have an exciting announcement regarding the Classic Car Show – one which could see you win a chauffeur driven meal for two at a Scottish Castle.

They are thrilled to announce that Leven Car Company, the Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce main dealers in Scotland, will be visiting the show on Saturday, September 3 with their travelling showroom and a selection of very special vehicles.

Not only that, on the day they will be giving away dinner, at the exclusive Crossbasket Castle in High Blantyre and a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce to take you and your partner there, and back!

The third annual Giffnock Village Classic Car Show is now just over 30 days away and will see over 100 classic, vintage and modern cars on display throughout the town, alongside entertainment for all the family on September 3 from 12 to 5pm.

With over 10,000 visitors to the event in 2015, this year’s event is surely not to be missed.

Andy Dunlop, manager of the Giffnock Village Business Improvement District, who organise the event with the help of each of the 65 businesses in the area, said: “Having such a prestigious organisation involved in the event is very exciting for us. It just goes to show how well thought of the event is within the car enthusiast circles.

“We have worked hard to ensure that this event continues to improve upon previous years and this is a huge step in the right direction for us. We really can’t wait for the day to come now.”

The Managing Director of Leven Car Company, Chris McMahon added, “We are looking forward to the event and show and letting the people of East Renfrewshire see what luxury vehicles are available in Scotland - most people think they need to travel south to find their nearest prestige car dealer when we are only a short drive away.

“The event is an exciting opportunity for us, and we will bring some of the very best cars in Scotland along for people to see on the day.”

Crossbasket Castle was purchased by its current owners in 2011, after lying derelict for a number of years. £9m of investment has now seen it transformed into one of the premier hotels and venues in the country, opening its doors to a huge fanfare earlier this year, boasting ornate, period style rooms and a restaurant featuring menus curated by the world renowned team of Albert & Michel Roux Jnr.

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic package, be sure to visit the Leven Car Company in the Station Car Park, Giffnock at the Classic Car Show. Winners must be over the age of 21.
