Enjoy a cocktail but don’t fancy heading out? Then Raise The Bar Glasgow will bring the drinks to you.

The brainchild of Dillion Barrie (23), from Clarkston, and his business partner Fraser Cruikshank, the bespoke cocktail service has gone from strength to strength.

Dillion said: “I’ve been in the hospitality industry since I was 15 and along with Fraser, we made up cocktails for weddings and parties.

“Customers kept asking us how to book for future events, and the idea just grew from there. Since then we’ve done house parties, weddings and corporate events.”

The unique service is catered to the customer – and there is even a chance to have a go at making your own drinks.

“We hold masterclasses where we teach people to make their own drinks,” Dillion explained.

“We will then have a game such as a race or making a cocktail while blindfolded.

“It helps to keep people interested and adds to the fun of the night.

“It would be great to get involved with a festival or a market, it’s just a case of getting our name out there and see what happens.”
