The Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns supported National Customer Service Week last week.
Michelle McCabe, The Avenue’s Centre Manager swapped roles with a member of The Avenue’s housekeeping team.
The shopping centre was taking part in a national inaitive that encourages managers to ‘get back to the floor’ and engage with staff and the general public.
National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
Michelle McCabe, Centre Manager of the Avenue, commented: “I thought Customer Service Week was a fantastic idea and something that myself and the team at The Avenue were keen to support. It was great to swap roles for a day and engage with staff and customers.”
