This years charity day took place on July 22 in The Paddock and despite the pouring rain, they managed to raise even more than last year!

The girls came up with the name “Children for Children Charity Fete” and also ran the tagline “helping turn grey skies blue again” they promoted their event by making their own posters and leaflets which they distributed locally and also with the help of parents created an event on social media to help spread the word.

Local residents and friends also helped spread the word and donations of items for the stalls soon came pouring in.
