Eastwood Photographic enters new season on a high note
In the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) Inter Club Competition, Eastwood represented Scotland alongside Carluke, Dumfries and Dundee groups.
Some 38 clubs from across the UK took part in the competition at Warwick University, and the local group finished in seventh place.

Closer to home, the Scottish Photographic Federation (SPF) held judging for its annual Digital and Print Portfolios. Eastwood submitted both digital images and prints from 11 club members, and had 20 photos accepted.
Once again, Ken’s Icelandic shot was placed top in the projected image category, while Launching the Shot Put by Ross Eaglesham — take at last year’s Commonwealth Games — was named best monochrome print.
And locally, Eastwood Photographic ended the 2014-15 season on a high, retinaing both the Renfrewshire Inter Club and the Glasgow and District Inter Club League trophies.
