AN ART installation offering insight into the lives of former pupils opens at the Scotland Street School this week.
Still Sounds Scotland Street 2013 focuses on the children attending the school between the 1900s and late 70s, as well as their families, residents of Tradeston and Clydeside shipyard workers.
The mixed media installation, by Glasgow-born artist Margaret Moore, includes textile prints, photographs lent by former pupils, video and sound, and is open June 1 - August 11, Tues-Thurs and Saturday from 10am-5pm and Friday and Sunday from 11am-5pm.
The launch takes place throughout the day on Saturday (June 1), and will feature a noon performance by Craigholme School junior choir.
