QUEEN’S Park will be looking to capitalise on last week’s 3-0 win over Irvine Meadow when they face Annan Athletic at Hampden on Saturday.
The Spiders sit atop the league three point clear of their nearest rivals Peterhead on 13 point after six games.
The southside squad will be confident of a win as Annan are seven points behind them in the lower part of the table.
The win over Irvine sees the Spiders through to the third round of the Scottish Cup, where they will meet Stranraer on November 3.
But it will be difficult for Queen’s not to have one eye, though, on the following tie when they visit Ibrox to face Rangers on league business on October 30.
Spiders fans are being warned that the Rangers game is ticket-only and fans can buy theirs through the Queen’s Park office.
It will be the club’s first trip to Ibrox in 54 years and will be a tough tie as Rangers record at home has been good.
An exclusive sale of tickets for members, season ticket holders and QPSA members will be held tomorrow on the club’s premises between 6pm and 8pm.
There will be another sale of tickets — again for members, season ticket holders and QPSA members — this Saturday from 10am until noon.
Any tickets available after this will be offered to all QP supporters and will be sold from the offices of Lesser Hampden between October 8 and 18 during normal office hours.
Tickets are priced at: adults £17; concessions (16 and 17 year olds plus over 65s) £13; juveniles (u16) £5.
QP supporters will be in the Govan West corner of the stadium entering through turnstiles 76 and 77.
Supporters who want to inquire about hospitality packages for the tie should contact Rangers direct on 0141 580 8970
