A SEA of red is set to crash in on Newlandsfield tomorrow (Sunday) as St Cadocs will be out in force to cheer on their u19s in their Scottish cup semi final.

Ayrshire opponents Glenafton will bring a fleet of coaches for a travelling support of at least 200, but St Cadocs hope to use home advantage to dwarf this.

All 400 of the club’s players and their parents have been invited in what is a massive day for the local youth group.

Chairman Mark Thomson said: “The boys and their coaches have done wonderfully well to reach this stage, winning six away ties all over Scotland.”

He added an invite to “come along and support the local team full of East Ren and southside players”.

Entry is £3 for adults, £1 for kids and concessions. Kick off is 1pm.
