Hockey win for Dale

IN THE Subway national hockey leagues this weekend, Clydesdale upset league leaders VWS Dundee Wanderers thanks to a hat-trick from Ali Howie.

After losing to CALA Edinburgh, they defeated relegation rivals Grove A 8-4.

MilNe Craig Western lost 2-0 to Grove Menzieshill but defeated Grove A 9-0 in a game where Kareena Marshall scored a hat-trick.

In the men’s league, Greaves Clydesdale secured their place in the top tier with a win against CALA Edinburgh.
