Golf win

BUSBY’s Thomas Kerr Scott starred as the Scottish disability golf partnership defeated England in Derby.

During three days of match play golf, team Scotland ran out winners 14.5 to 9.5.

Captain Stevie Cunningham said: “This was only the second ever pan-disability Ryder Cup match between Scotland and England, and although its called the Auld Enemies Cup, we know a lot of the English team and I’m sure that everyone wanted to go out and win their games, but the banter and camaraderie was great, especially when we ‘send them hameward tae think again’”.
