It was a week to forget for Pollok, suffering two home defeats, writes Mark Donnelly.

On Wednesday night, two goals from Keiran Daw saw Petershill end the southsiders’ involvement in the Central League Cup, the Springburn side advancing with a 2-0 win.

On Saturday afternoon, Kirkintilloch Rob Roy beat the ‘Lok with a 3-0 scoreline, Chris Duff scoring in the 35th and 49th minutes and, in the 88th Rabs’ substitute Stevie Aitken danced past two Pollok defenders on the bye-line, beating Jordan Longmuir at his near post.

Pollok are away to Kilsyth Rangers on Saturday at Duncansfield Park. Kick off 2pm.
