On song

SCOTLAND'S tenors, Caledon, returns to Eastwood park theatre this weekend.

The trio — Alan Beck, Jamie MacDougall and Ivan Sharpe with musical director Michael Barnett —present their annual show, entitled Let it Snow.

The evening of festive fun with a contemporary Scottish twist is the ideal show to start off Christmas celebrations.

Caledon is equally at home whether inspiring the 55,000 crowd at Hampden Park with a stirring new version of Flower of Scotland, or on the stage of the world-famous Sydney Opera House, singing to a packed auditorium of music lovers.

Past performances include singing in front of the Queen at the opening of Holyrood, performing for UN Secretary General Kofi Annan at the inaugural Robert Burns memorial lecture at the United Nations headquarters in New York and officially opening the first-ever Tartan Day in Toronto.

Caledon's show Let it Snow is on at EPT on Sunday at 7.30pm.
