Jersey Notes concert raises 4k for Cosgrove

A sell-out audience at Eastwood Theatre was singing and dancing at Cosgrove’s Annual Tribute concert- and raised an amazing £4k for the charity!

The Jersey Notes- a tribute band to Franki Valli and The Four Seasons-played all their best known songs and ended the only way they could- with ‘Oh What A Night!’

Pat Coyle, leader of the band, said: “This is the best audience we have played to, what a fantastic night we had and to know we have helped raise such a fantastic sum is just the icing on the cake. We are overwhelmed.”

Cosgrove Care’s concert organiser Richard Kaye has now organised eight annual tribute shows. “This was our fastest sell-out concert and I am delighted that this evening was an incredible success.”

Richard is already hard at work on next year’s show which is still under wraps but he promises it’s going to be another great night out.

Cosgrove is a charity that specialises in providing personalised support and care services for children and adults who have learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, and mental health problems living in and around Glasgow and East Renfrewshire.
