Man arrested in connection with death

POLICE have made an arrest after a Pollokshaws man was found dying on a Govan street.

Gary Logue (48) was found around 4.10am on Tuesday morning lying in Elderpark Street seriously injured with stab wounds.

Mr Logue was taken to the Southern General hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police have not named the 21-year-old man they have arrested, but he is due to appear in court later today.
