Coffee morning date a success

Coffee morning.

Coffee morning.

CLARKSTON library welcomed over 90 people to an Action on Hearing Loss Scotland coffee morning recently.

The event, which showcased the charity’s work in East Renfrewshire, was also attended by MSP Ken Macintosh, who commented that the organisation “makes real difference to local people who have hearing loss”.

Project co-ordinator Donna McSwiggan commented: “I would like to thank everyone who came along and supported our coffee morning.

“It was lovely that so many people took the time to attend. I am also grateful to the staff at Clarkston library for helping make the event such a success”.

The charity hosts drop-in sessions at Clarkston library on the second Monday of every month, 3-5pm.

Anyone interested in finding out more is asked to contact Donna on 341 5338, or at donna.mcswiggan@hearingloss.org.uk.
