Williamwood High pupils are set to grill national-level politicians at the school’s annual Question Time event.

Taking place on November 26, the panel will include Eastwood MSP Ken Macintosh and East Renfrewshire MP Kirsten Oswald, as well as Annabel Goldie MSP, Patrick Harvie MSP and David Coburn MEP.

Amy Perry, the local member for the Scottish Youth Parliament, will also attend.

S6 pupils Georgie Stephen and James McQueen, both studying advanced higher modern studies, told The Extra: “Featuring a selection of local politicians from across the political spectrum and moderated by a surprise guest, this evening is not one to be missed.”

Tickets are free, and available from the school. Doors open at 7pm, for a 7.30pm start.
