Eaglesham and Waterfoot residents unite

EAGLESHAM and Waterfoot residents are invited to a public meeting and AGM at the Montgomerie Halls on March 5 at 7.30pm.

Community development trust chair, Jim McLean: “We want people to know about some of the great ideas we have, but more importantly we’d like to find out what people want from us. “This is an opportunity for the public to contribute, so we hope people will come along and share them with us”.

A pair of new projects moving forward soon are the Eaglesham Historical Society and TREE (The Regeneration of Eagleshams’ Environment).

Also, the damaged Heritage Trail panels will be back in place by the spring.
