Police Scotland are investigating an unusual crime in the village of Strathblane whereby the Edmonstone Hall on Glasgow Road, has been vandalised with spray paint.

Enquiries have established that various phrases and symbols were painted onto the walls between 5pm and 6pm on Monday, November 21.

Balfron officer, Constable Sarah Jackson said: “There are groups using the hall regularly and it is possible that someone may have witnessed this, or seen someone at the hall but didn’t contact the police. I am keen to trace the persons involved.”
