Police want to speak to man about serious assault case

Police have released a picture of a man they want to interview in connection with a serious assault on Paisley Road West.

The incident happened at Kinning Park around 12.50am on October 23.

A spokesman said: “A 38 year-old man was injured as a result of the incident and was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. He was later released after treatment”.

The man police wish to trace is described as white, with dark hair, aged approximately 25-35 years old, and of medium build.

On the night concerned he was wearing a dark jacket, check shirt and blue jeans.
