COUNCIL properties across East Renfrewshire will be keeping out the cold this winter with replacement windows.
The local authority has set out to replace the windows on 177 homes this year. The project, costing £554,000 is being rolled out in areas including Busby, Netherlee, Barrhead and Neilston.
The first window was installed in April this year, and the programme is due for completion in January 2013.
