BLOOD, Battles and Bogles at Whitelee Windfarm visitors’ centre in Eaglesham. Come along and hear tales of ghosts and gore. A free event from 1pm until 3pm.

EAGLESHAM Boys Brigade is holding a jumble sale at Eaglesham parish church hall to help raise funds. Starts at 2pm and ends at 4pm.

THE National Library of Scotland brings its annual roadshow to Eastwood Park, working in partnership with East Ren libraries. Free event starts at 10am.

DAMS to Darnley angling club is holding its AGM at the Auchenback Resource Centre between noon and 2pm.

THERE will be a Question Time debate with local politicians at the Park church in Giffnock. Ask the questions of your representative at this free event.

TALK at Clarkston Hall Wildlife of greater Glasgow by Jim Coyle MBE on behalf of Clarkston and East Kilbride Scottish Wildlife Trust members’ centre from 7pm till 9.30pm. Entry for member £2, non members £3 and free for under 16s.

DAMS To Darnley health walk is taking place at 10am at the Ashoka at the Mill in Darnley. These walks are slightly longer than others covering a distance of four miles at a gentle pace. Free event.
