Kids can enjoy a taste of the theatre

EASTER — a chance to spend time with the family, and an opportunity to indulge in sweet, gooey treats.

Get the jump on this year’s chocolate egg extravaganza with the latest show from the Scottish Youth Theatre — promising fun for ages 3-7.

You Can’t Catch Me! Opens today at the Old Sheriff Court in the city centre, and is – you guessed it – the tale of the Gingerbread Man.

There’s a big world outside the bakery, and our tasty hero is itching to explore – but where to go and who to meet? And is it safe for a man made of gingerbread?

Tailored to suit a younger audience, this short and sweet show is bound to keep families occupied – now it’s time to perfect that chant of “run, run as fast as you can, you can’t catch me, I’m the Gingerbread Man”.
