THEY may have been talking about the racy novel for a while, and rumours about who will be in the movie are legend, but Glasgow is gossiping about something quite different this week.

That would be because the hilarious 51 Shades of Maggie is coming to the Pavilion.

Based (very) loosely on the novel, i!t tells the story of the escapades of Maggie Muff, an ordinary girl who is looking for love.

Maggie thinks she knows what she wants in a man and it seems to be Mr Big, who is tall, dark and handsome.

He seems to be everything Magge could ever hope for — until she sees his Red Room of Pain.

The show stars Gary Tank Commander actress Leah Macrae, in the title role.

The TV star is excited to hear that the play is planned to travel to sunny Australia next, so now would be a good time to catch it.

Leah said: “This is amazing. The show doesn’t open for another week and for Maggie to have the chance to pack her Fake Bake and G-string and head to the sunshine is beyond all our wildest dreams.”The show runs from Monday, May 13 until Friday, May 24. Tickets cost £20 (£18 conc.) and are available by calling 332 1846.
