An early Christmas present
CHRISTMAS may be kicking off in George Square on Thursday – but the holiday season came early for one southsider at Silverburn this weekend.
The shopping centre launched its festive countdown on Saturday with a visit from Tyler James, star of The Voice.
Young fan Alex Seivwright (7) was granted a big Christmas wish when she was chosen to meet her idol after his live performance of new song Single Tear.
Lynne Butler, Silverburn’s marketing manager, commented: “It was a great day. Tyler didn’t disappoint in getting the crowds in the mood.
“Now we are looking forward to spending the next few weeks getting our shoppers well and truly into the spirit of Christmas with our festive entertainment starting with our free roaming Santa so everyone can enjoy the experience of Christmas”.
